Gordon Eggins (who was previously based in Crows Nest), has worked as a Finance Broker since 1991 and has had 15 years employment with banks and finance companies. Gordon has many years experience in organising business finance for clients buying franchises, newsagencies, pharmacies, post offices and other businesses, as well as finance for existing businesses.
As a franchisee and small business owner himself, Gordon understands the nature and workings of the industry and is also a member of the Franchise Council of Australia. Currently, there are over 100 eligible franchise systems for which finance can be sourced and this list is growing.
With specific knowledge and experience in applying for this type of finance, Gordon has existing relationships with industry specialist business lenders and other professionals who can assist in the loan process and in other aspects of setting up a successful and profitable franchise or other type of business. This extends to close relationships with industry expert Accountants, Licensed Business Brokers, Business Valuers, Insurance Agents, Industry Associations and legal experts, all of which are vital for starting and running a business.
