Phillip Osborne opened the Dubbo office in June 2006. With experience in the insurance and finance industries, and a lot of local knowledge about Dubbo and surrounding areas, Phil and his team are well-placed to service the finance needs of their clients.

During Phil's time as an insurance broker he recognised that many of his clients had a need for finance, as well as insurance, and as such, he joined the City Pacific Finance group. Phil's experience as a business owner and manager also means that he understands the needs of small business people, particularly the unique needs of those operating in regional and rural areas.
