Mark and Jo at City Pacific Finance have been sorting out my mortgage finance for the past 5 years. When I am looking for an investment property, I pick up the phone, drill Mark about how much the banks will give me and then I scan realestate.com until I find something that fits my budget.

Sound easy. Well it is, because Mark and Jo take care of the rest. Once the deal is done, Mark gets me into the office, I sign a few papers and off I go.
